For the past three or four months straight, I have been smoking out of a bong. Every so often, we’ll roll a joint or blunt for the novelty, but tonight, for the first time in a long, long time, I packed a bowl into my (former) favorite blue handpipe and took a deep, hard hit.

It stung.

I never realized how easy I’d been on my lungs recently. I don’t remember having this reaction with my pipe first time around, but man, did I feel like a punk ass bitch, tears immediately welling in my eyes like what I imagine it would be like to be kicked in the balls.

I am distracted. What’s Love Got to Do With It is on TV, and that Fishburne guy was so young/smooth/threatening.
